Based in Toronto, I am focused on building and managing diverse portfolios across Canada and the United States. Much of my work is driven through U.S. partnerships and direct transactions.
My core focus is acquiring and scaling established, cash-flowing mid-market businesses and commercial real estate assets with strong fundamentals. I operate on a deal-by-deal basis, working closely with owners, partners, and investors to create long-term value without the constraints of a traditional pooled fund structure.
My mandate is straightforward: unlock operational efficiencies, structure intelligent capital solutions, and drive sustainable growth.
