The DH76 SPV Platform
A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) is a stand-alone entity formed to issue one specific loan for one specific deal. It keeps risk isolated, protects capital, and provides full transparency.
The flow is simple:
1. Investor capital is subscribed into the SPV
2. The SPV issues a senior secured loan to the business buyer
3. Borrower pays monthly interest + amortisation
4. SPV distributes returns to investors
5. SPV winds down at maturity or refinance
No blind-pool risk.
No cross-contamination.
Just disciplined, asset-backed lending.
