Our Philosophy
Guiding Principles for Lasting Partnerships
We believe that superior returns come from thoughtful underwriting, disciplined execution, and active stewardship. That’s why we bring a private equity mindset to every transaction — but without the constraints of a blind fund model. Each deal is distinct, and we tailor our approach to the asset, market, and investor group.
Deal Sourcing & Origination
Access to differentiated deals with favorable risk-reward profiles.
Private Credit Lending
Clear alignment, efficient returns, and downside protection.
Due Diligence & Valuation
A solid foundation for investment decisions and confidence for partners.
Portfolio Management
Value creation via margin expansion, topline growth, and capital efficiency.
Private Credit Platform
DH76 structures and manages SPVs that issue senior secured loans to business buyers. This allows DH76 to provide flexible acquisition financing while offering investors transparent, asset-backed opportunities deal by deal.
Our Approach
Empowering Your Success Through Innovative Solutions
DH76 Capital is built on experience, pattern recognition, and disciplined execution. We focus on fundamentally sound assets, structure around risk, and remain directly involved from acquisition through operation to exit.
